Order Processing & Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, standard products are typically processed within 35 business days.
Note: This timeframe excludes production time for customized products, which may vary depending on order specifications and quantity.
2. Shipping Terms
Supported Trade Terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Shipping Methods:
We provide door-to-door shipping via land, sea, or air, including express services such as DHL and FedEx.
Primary seaport: Tianjin, China. Transit times vary based on destination.
Shipping Cost:
Calculated according to destination, order weight/dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Shipment Delay Support:
We assist in resolving shipping issues, including arranging replacements for goods damaged in transit.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
International shipping times are estimates, counted from the date the goods are dispatched. The following are approximate air freight durations for common regions (subject to changes due to customs clearance, seasonality, etc.):
North America: 10–20 business days
Europe: 12–25 business days
Other Asian Regions: 7–15 business days
South America / Africa: 20–35 business days
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.
4. Customs Clearance Responsibility
Initial Import:
We provide necessary commercial documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) and assist with customs clearance information as required. Unless otherwise stated in the sales contract, the customer (importer) is solely responsible for completing all customs clearance procedures and paying applicable duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and clearance fees in the destination country. We are not liable for any delays or extra costs resulting from customs processes.
Return Shipments:
When returning goods, the customer must correctly declare them as “Returned Goods” or “Warranty Repair” to minimize duties. Any import duties or taxes incurred upon return to the country of origin are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Free Shipping Policy
Products on this website do not include free shipping by default. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout based on weight, destination, and selected logistics option.
Free shipping may be offered for qualifying small orders or samples (e.g., single order net value under USD 1,000). Specific thresholds and eligible regions are subject to promotion; please consult your sales representative for details.
Note: This policy applies to new orders only and excludes returns.
